“You need to seriously consider Ironbrand if you are looking for a real offset smoker, one that is the right size (100gal+) and the right design (+1 to insulated fireboxes) to produce amazing tasting food with ease.

Don't make the mistakes I made spending years and ££ on subpar smaller or lesser quality offset smokers, these are the best!

It also helps that these smokers are the best priced in their category and the service/updates from Jason were amazing - weekly pictures of build on Instagram, delivery 2 weeks early and the hour spent helping me get it into the garden.
